The Individual Coaching journey begins with an introductory session where we will get to know each other better. Thereafter, I will customise a unique coaching programme aligned to your needs and aspirations.
Together, we will work on discovering your purpose, formulate dynamic goals that will challenge and excite you, and achieve optimal performance to maximise your fullest potential.
A key element of my practice as your health coach is to also prioritise enhancing your overall health and wellness, which will provide you with the perfect foundation to thrive.

Team Coaching
The Team Coaching journey begins with a series of introductory sessions where I get to know the team both as a group and on an individual basis.
I will uncover the inherent strengths of each member and the challenges they may be facing, before tailoring a unique programme for the team that amalgamates everyone’s unique experiences and perspectives.
My focus is on establishing alignment and building cohesiveness in the team, grounded on mutual trust and professional intimacy. This will form the base from which the team can then enhance collective performance.
